Nurgul Meimanalieva

Nurgul has more than 20 years of experience working as a geriatric nurse, medical case manager and chronic disease and geriatric pharmacy specialist. In 2015, she joined Advanced Home Care as a per diem nurse.

Universally recognized for her compassionate bedside manner and level-headed judgement, Nurgul was promoted to Clinical Director, in 2017. In this role, she was responsible for managing the company’s healthcare providers, ensuring that all clients received the highest quality care they had come to expect from Advanced Home Care.

In 2021, Nurgul played an instrumental role in helping complete the due diligence required for the Dignity Hospice acquisition. With her vast experience working with, and leading, interdisciplinary care teams, we are delighted that Nurgul accepted the position of Executive Director for Dignity Hospice.

Nurgul earned her Doctor of Medicine degree in her home country of Kyrgyzstan, from Kyrgyz State Medical Academy, and a Diploma in Nursing from Bishkek Medical College. She is also licensed as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.

Fun Facts: Nurgul is a coffee aficionado. She has been taking violin lessons and hopes to, one day, be good enough to play duets with her son. Nurgul is fluent in Russian and English.
