Art began working in the United States in 1992 for Financial Data Services, Inc. He quickly realized, however, that he had a passion for starting new businesses and over the years has launched several successful entrepreneurial ventures.
In 2009, with the vision of providing compassionate care to seniors in need, Art founded Advanced Home Care. Today, the company is recognized as one of the largest and most highly regarded home care agencies in Massachusetts.
In an effort to expand the continuum of care he is able to provide, Art seized the opportunity to purchase a Boston-area hospice company – Dignity Hospice. Now, he is pleased to offer end-of-life care to patients and support to family members in Greater Boston, MetroWest and surrounding regions.
Art has an eye for talent and a gift for creating work environments that foster unmatched inclusion. His team members come from nearly 30 countries and speak 14 languages. This diversity uniquely positions Advanced Home Care and Dignity Hospice to provide care to a broad range of clients in need.
Art earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Saint Petersburg.
Fun Facts: Art is trilingual – he speaks fluent Armenian, Russian and English. He is an accomplished tennis player, an avid cyclist, and enjoys traveling with family and friends.
