Director, Human Resources
Isuf joined Advanced Home Care in 2012 as a Human Resource Administrator. He was quickly promoted to Director of Human Resources, responsible for employee recruitment, training and retention. Isuf was drawn to HR early in his career; he loves interacting with employees, helping others learn and grow, and problem solving. Every day offers new challenges. These interests and skills have also led to Isuf being well positioned to take on some of the day-to-day business operations.
His breadth of experience and knowledge make Isuf a perfect fit in his role at Dignity Hospice; we are so pleased that he has joined the team.
Isuf received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
Fun Facts: Outside of work, Isuf enjoys beach vacations with his family, loves watching sports and is big fan of the Celtics. Isuf plays an Albanian instrument called the Cifteli and is fluent in Albanian and English.
