Natalia Khalaydovsky

Clinical Director


Natalia has been working as a hospice nurse since 2012. Recognized for her compassionate bedside manner and level-headed judgement, Natalia has provided comfort to hundreds of hospice patients throughout Massachusetts.

Her deep and broad experience working with and facilitating interdisciplinary hospice teams, caring for patients and providing support loved ones, make Natalia a welcome addition to the Dignity Hospice™ leadership team.

Natalia earned her Registered Nursing (RN) degree from Saint Petersburg Nursing Academy, St. Petersburg, Russia and a second degree from Saint Petersburg Institute of Economics and Management.

When Natalia arrived in the United States in 2005, she received her RN license in Massachusetts and her certification as a Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN).

Fun Facts: Natalia enjoys exploring to new places around the globe and has a passion for cooking exotic recipes for her family and close friends. She loves hiking with her husband and dog, Tess – a rare and beautiful charcoal-colored Labrador Retriever. Natalia is fluent in Russian and English.
